Dashing clear across Paris we wound up in what's supposed to be one of the best open air markets in Paris,
Marche Bastille, near the
former site of the
Bastille. It was bustling about 11am on a Sunday. Our tour guide kept going on about this one vendor who made the "best food" and lead us through the market to find him. The guy was making
churros! Why they were good churros, I set the B.S. flag and the guide came up with some story the France was close to Spain and let it drop.
