To Balestrand
We cruised all afternoon towards Balestrand. I think it's time to talk about Vafler, or Norwegian waffles. They are awesome. Belgium, I'm sorry but you've been dethroned. They are thin, crispy, sweet, and if you don't do them with the brown cheese, delicious. The captain's wife made a batch with home made strawberry and raspberry jelly. Out of this world.
