Day 0 - Cardiff, Wales, UK

That night we walked down to Cardiff Bay and saw the Millieniumum Center, Mermaid Quay and the Norwegian Church where Roald Dahl was baptized.  The Millenium Center was a spectacular building, even though I wasn’t able to find the secret entrance to Torchwood.   (I guess the perception filter was active.)  Right at the end of the pier is a memorial to all of the Torchwood characters that have died.
We had dinner right at the bay and discovered the people in Cardiff are crazy about ice cream, even when it’s in the 50s!  Apparently a lot of Italians settled there and they claim it’s the best ice cream outside of Rome.  We gave in, and I have to say it was pretty good stuff.

We were a little worried that Cardiff might be overrun by zombies, but it turns our that it's just a local beer.
